The Rolling Pin has been handcrafting dumplings since 2016, led by chief dumpling maker Gordon, a chef with over a decade of five-star hotel experience. What started as a food truck has grown into an Auckland favourite, known for playful, colourful dumplings with a distinctive South East Asian twist.
Expect delicate steamed and fried dumplings, a crunchy Asian-inspired slaw and a punchy homemade chilli sauce, with vegan, vegetarian and no-gluten-added options available. Packaging is fully recyclable and compostable, so it’s a guilt-free feed.
